Plaza Bohemia, the focal point of public activities, is 400 meters away and has several restaurants, bars and shops. The summer market with stalls is open every night from June to September.
Kiting spot is just in front of the house. This spot is great for wind directions from West to South so it is ideal for the most common Leveche which blows from south west. In case of Levante that blows from nortwest direction ther is another great spot at Playa Paraíso that is just 7 minutes by car on the other side of Mar Menor. Or if you like waves you can enjoy several spots on the Mediterranean sea all within 15 minutes drive time. Mar Menor is great for both twintip and foil kiting. It is ideal for learning as there is a big part of the laguna that has shallow water and the wind is usually very stable and not so strong.
